Back Into It
With my rugby season over for the summer, like an idiot I took an extra long break from working out. I noticed I was getting lazy and this didnt sit well with me at all! Woke up at 5AM to start early morning work outs to start training for the upcoming season. So sore already! I love the rugby body that Ive developed so far and Im not going to lose it only improve it
